SPEED PROGRAM

 

This program will enhance each players ability to gain baseball or softball specific athleticism and quickness needed to compete at the next level. Each player who attends will gain the needed core strength to help elevate their game and leave the competition waiting behind. You will be able to explode into one of today’s most important part of baseball & softball training. You will do this through full body stretches and a variety of strength and agility drills to help you get faster, stronger, and more agile. Our drills are guaranteed to improve an athletes stride length & rate, speed endurance, extension, overall running form, and core strength. Come join us and you we will show you what it takes to perform at the highest level of college baseball through your work ethic and daily performance.

 

STRENGTH PROGRAM

 

Our Square Up Strength Training program is great option for any athlete in any sport especially those looking to gain an edge over the competition during the offseason or preseason. The personalized training program consists of a 1, 2, or 3 day-a-week schedule depending on the time of year with over a hour long session each day of  week. During the program you will receive strength training, speed/agility training, and conditioning.  The program will provide each athlete with the tools necessary to help accelerate their careers as well as sport and position specific testing to give you a baseball for your growth.
